First milestone of a project carried out for the Rotterdam Climate Initiative and Port of Rotterdam. APX-ENDEX, the Anglo-Dutch energy exchange, today announces the cooperation with the Port of Rotterdam in the development of biomass markets. This cooperation has been formalised by signing a Letter of Intent.
